ChartQuiet Early access

For therapists and psychologists in private practice

Your progress note, in your own words, without the evening of charting.

After your client leaves, talk through the session for a minute. ChartQuiet drafts the progress note in the style and format you already use, and you review and sign it.

Free: AI note-writing consent and compliance kit

Thinking about using AI for your notes, or already trying it? The kit puts the rules in one place:

  • A sample client consent form for AI-assisted documentation
  • A yes or no checklist to use with any AI note tool
  • What HIPAA and the ACA, NASW, AAMFT and APA ethics codes say about AI and technology, with links to each source
  • Florida notes on records and breach notice
  • What to say when a client asks how their notes are written

Open the kit (free, no sign-up)

General information, not legal advice. Check with your attorney or your licensing board.

How it will work

  1. Your client leaves. You open ChartQuiet and talk for a minute or two about the session.
  2. ChartQuiet drafts the note in your format (SOAP, DAP, BIRP or your own).
  3. You edit anything you want, then copy it into your EHR.

Questions

Is ChartQuiet available now?

Not yet. We are opening accounts to early-access practices first. Sign up and we will email you when yours is ready.

Do you record my sessions?

No. You dictate a short summary after the session ends. ChartQuiet never listens to the session itself.

Will I be charged when I sign up?

No. Early access is a request, not a purchase. The $29 a month founding price applies if you choose to start when your account is ready.

Who is behind ChartQuiet?

ChartQuiet is built by Westbrook Lane Holdings LLC, a small company in St. Petersburg, Florida.
